What’s not to love? Plenty of juicy fruits, low tannins and affordable – Glou Glou! Often made with semi-carbonic macerations allowing whole berry ferment with less skin contact, hence the light colour and low tannin. If you’re looking for an exceptional example, look for a Beaujolais Cru.
