1. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Winepress Wine supports the responsible service of alcohol. By purchasing from our website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. PRICING & ACCOUNTABILITY
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Availability of products is subject to change without notice.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and use trusted delivery partners. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Winepress is not liable for delays once goods are in transit. Express Delivery is charged at $25 per 6 bottles or part thereof.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
- If your wine is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

5. RISK OF LOSS
All products are at the customer’s risk once delivered to the nominated address. We require a signature on delivery unless you have selected leave in a safe place in your delivery notes.
6. PRIVACY
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared without consent.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
8. WINE CLUB POINTS
Points received are 5 per $1 spent excluding GST and card processing fee.
