What's in the glass: A blend of mostly Gamay with a touch of Pinot Noir: in 2024, this blend brings together all of Henri Chauvet’s red wine terroirs, as he was only able to produce a single red cuvée due to frost damage. Predominantly basalt soils (the plots least susceptible to frost).
A floral wine, with notes of rose and iris, enhanced by raspberry and wild strawberry, and a hint of herbs. Elegant and fine on the palate, the texture is once again super beautiful and airy, with a long, floral finish. Decanting recommended.
