Chardonnay

One of the most versatile varieties. It can be grown in most climates and this is expressed in its fruit flavours, from lemon to ripe mangos. Chardonnay loves a little oak and winemakers can use lees to add texture and complexity. It’s a personal favourite with plenty to offer.
