What's in the glass: Domaine Minhaé is a micro winery spread across 2 hectares in Beaujolais that was founded in 2021. Starting the winery was a professional redirection for me, after working in accounting for more than 20 years. I work alone and without a tractor, taking an artisanal approach in the vineyard and cellar, and with bottling and labelling. My wines are light, fruity and structured. They’re almost entirely sulfite-free and without intervention, fining or filtering.
