What's in the glass: While still supplying some of the Yarra’s finest labels with high quality fruit they have now decided to make a small amount of wine under their own label. Martingale aspires to create the very best wine from the grapes they grow each vintage. They focus their attention on growing the highest quality possible and then managing the fruit through the full wine making process. By limiting yields and restraining barrel treatment, they are able to produce fine wines that give a pure expression of their beautiful vineyard and its terroir.
