What's in the glass: A blend of 114 / 115 / MV6 / D5V12 clones from Sam Vigara in Piccadilly and, since 2024, clone 777 from the ’Taras’ block grown by long time cellar hand and friend Laurence Scanlon. Hand picked and fermented in small open top fermenters before being hand basket pressed to seasoned French barrels. A strikingly floral nose of gently crushed petals, the palate follows with the compact and textural notes of red currants and forest floor. A wine that, once opened, will continue to evolve and unwind for days.
