What's in the glass: Chalmers Vermentino is a truly unique iteration of the Mediterranean grape, pressed and wild ferment in tank, the 2022 vintage was cool, bringing out characters of Meyer lemon, white stone fruits, raw pine nuts, salt bush and lifted native florals.  The palate is crisp and refreshing, just what you want to drink in spring and summer on the beach with some fish and chips or gobbling down some prawn and pork dumplings.
