What's in the glass: Hand picked and whole berry wild ferment in stainless steel, it had no acid additions and underwent natural malo and aged for 12 months before going through the de-alcoholisation process. The result is a zero alcohol red wine that shows as a crunchy, charry personality, with cherry cola, tangerine, liqourice, raspberry fruits and an earthy finish, serve with a yakitori charcoal chicken or roasted beetroot salad.
