What's in the glass: Our Chardonnay was treated relatively simply, with about 25% of of the fruit going through our basket press with intentional oxygen exposure and skin contact (24hrs) while the remainder was direct pressed to barrel or tank for fermentation. Elevage is completed in 50% old oak and 50% tank. We find our chardonnay to be a nice balance between fine minerality and a subtle, waxy ss.
