What's in the glass: Within our winery lie barrels holding innovative parcels of fermenting and maturing grape juice. As a part of our Hashtag Range, this wine aims to showcase a point of difference and challenges the traditional conventions of winemaking. This unique cool climate blend combines Riesling (55%), Pinot Gris (35%) and Gewurztraminer (10%) fermented on their skins, to capture and combine their texture, structure and stunning aromatics. It is unfiltered and unfined and so a fine deposit or haze may be present.
