Thought to be more than 2000 years old, Pinot Noir is one of the ‘founder varieties’. It’s a fussy grape in the vineyard, requiring care and attention. When done well we are truly rewarded. There’s a diverse range of aromas and flavours from bright red cherry, rhubarb, pomegranate to shitake mushroom and forest floor.
We’re enjoying Rob Hall, Mulline and Domaine Dame Jeanne.
