A cuvée of 70% Grenache Blanc and 30% Macabeu, from old vines pruned with the traditional gobelet method, and planted on a terroir of schist soils at 400 metres altitude. Maceration and fermentation of whole clusters for 40 days, with indigenous yeasts, then matured in demi-muid barrels.
