What's in the glass: The 2023 Mazzini Fiano was crafted from fruit grown from the Mystic Park vineyard in the Swan Hill wine region. This wine from north Victoria was whole bunch pressed to old French oak, then fermented using wild yeast and matured for 3 months prior to bottling. This wine also saw some skin contact in Amphora which was then blended to enhance the natural palate texture of the variety.
