What's in the glass: Back to more 'normal' harvest dates this year; picked on February 1st. 50% Fiano, 50% Vermentino. Pressed as whole bunches, racked off gross lees after 2 days and co-fermented, 30% in barrel (one barrel of new French oak), the rest in tank. Barrelled down after 23 days of fermentation. Matured for 6 months mostly in older neutral French oak, and that one barrel of new French oak.
