What's in the glass: We picked the 2021 Viognier over two weeks to balance the freshness and vitality of the earlier pick with the richness and opulence of grapes that have spent longer on the vine. On the nose, rich exotic aromas of apricot, mango and vanilla come together with elegant, lifted notes of honeysuckle, orange blossom and rosewater. The palate continues the theme, marrying depth, volume and richness, with a structure that offers tension, texture and controlled power. Enjoyable now or over the next 3-4 years. – Sandra de Pury
