What's in the glass:“ From Glenhope Vineyard in Macedon Ranges; an ex-Virgin Hills block planted in the 90s. Wild fermented, matured in older oak. Yayoi consistently quality, interesting, delicious wines – a holy trinity as such. Fine, sleek, tightly wound, great texture. Still in a greener vein, but some more purple fruit and cassis today.
