What's in the glass: It starts with a bouquet of flowers, cherry blossoms, rose petals and hibiscus. There are umami notes of fresh hazelnuts in skins, game meat and wet forest floor. Flavours are full of cranberry juice and tart cherries with a hint of sweet kirsch character. It has a light touch, savoury finish and lifted acidity. Very moreish, so easy to drink.
