This 2019 Monopole marks a new milestone for us after extra TLC since 2017 and we can see the results in the bottle.

100% de- stemmed fruit, 5% new French Oak. Satsuma plum, ripe cherry, hint of pepper corn on the nose with a tight structure, subtle but firm tannin and cranberry-like acidity with a long finish, savoury and pure!  

It is still a very young wine, we recommend decanting or cellar it for further 3-5 years. - Producers Notes
