What's in the glass: From a 2013-planted vineyard. A blend of 60/40% tank-fermented marsanne/barrel-fermented roussanne. This has the weight and feel of the northern Rhône whites it's modelled on. Ripe pears, quince and stone fruits can be found on the bouquet of this balanced, rich, but not remotely heavy wine. Pair it with chicken and richer seafood dishes.
