What's in the glass: The ‘less is more’ Sparkling – ultra-versatile and spritz ready, but still crushes it solo. A crystal clean Blanc de Blancs made in the Charmat method from an elevated and exposed site in Birdwood. It has plenty of minerality, a brut level of dryness, and the same lime zest zing and white nectarine fruit drive of previous vintages.
