A blend of 63% Syrah from Tooborac, Vic, 24% Grenache and 13% Mourvèdre from Corop in Victoria, the grapes are hand picked and naturally fermented - aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
Plenty of perfume and fragrance on the nose, with dark berries, black cherry, all spice and dried herbs. The palate is medium weight and shows more of a fresh red fruit profile. Fine integrated tannins carry the fruit to a pleasing, long savoury finish.
