What's in the glass: 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a close-spaced parcel within the Crayères Vineyard, treated with the seriousness usually reserved for fine white Bordeaux. Expect a complex, age-worthy wine with stone fruit, white florals, herbs and tropical notes, gliding across a silky, mineral-lifted palate with persistence, balance and quiet textural complexity.
Hand-picked at full ripeness, with the fruit fermented partly in older oak barrels and partly in stainless steel. Aged for around six months on full lees with no battonage, before light filtration and bottling.
