It’s dark, plummy fruit, brined black olive, a touch of game meat, lavender and lifted, sweet spice. So cool and reserved to taste, slips along quietly, with some good concentration but in a silky draw of this variety unlike most. Delicious, moreish, just darn lovely, and with quiet complexity in tow. And ready to go.
