What's in the glass: This disgorgement of the NV Brut Reserve is a medium lemon in appearance. On the nose it displays notes of apple, toast, crushed almonds and a hint of sea air. The palate is rich with a fine creamy mousse and thick beading. Lemon, nectarines, apples and cashews feature on the palate with a touch of saline. The reserve wine and lees aging becoming prominent on the finish with additional flavours of brioche and parmesan sable. A wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif or matched with a wide variety of food such as seafood, cheese and white meats. – Steve & Monique Lubiana
