What's in the glass: Martin: Aged in 20% new oak. It has quite an effervescent bouquet, Mirabelle and orange zest fleetingly appearing with aeration. The palate is well balanced, with lime cordial and orange pith, a touch of lemongrass towards the finish. Fine length and very precise. Impressive. 89-91/N-2030
