What's in the glass: Fresh, textural and seriously easy to drink. Nashi pear, white peach and green apple lead into subtle citrus, florals and a gentle savoury edge. The palate has lovely weight without feeling heavy, with bright acidity keeping the ripe orchard fruit fresh and energetic. There's a little grip and texture through the finish that takes it beyond simple Pinot Gris. Bright, expressive and made for drinking well chilled with friends.
