What's in the glass: 100% Greco from the Scala family’s lowest vineyards, between 100 to 150 meters above sea level. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this binanco is fresh and crisp with hints of white flowers, nuts and lemon, plus juicy tree fruits (pear, apple). Slight salinity; just enough to make you drool on your shirt. Some fresh rain on the pavement, too. Vibrant acidity, vibrant wine.
