Reis is the brainchild of six native Piemontese friends with a love for their land and making wine. All the youngest generation in long lineages of grape growers and winemakers, the Reis boys wanted to nod to their region’s history and a re-discovered grape variety in Timorasso. From the very rocky white soils of Colli Tortonesi (far Eastern Piedmont and the most important area for the production of Timorasso) we are fortunate to have a slice of the tiny production of the very first Reis’ first wine.
