Pet Nat made my way. Malbec, and skin contact Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeast, bottling the wine just before the fermentation finished. The result is a dry red sparkling wine with zingy acidity, great texture, and a long finish displaying flavours of blueberries, plums and a hint of cocoa. - JP
