What's in the glass: Grown in the cool climate of Southwest Victoria, our Western Districts Shiraz represents a more delicate and easy-drinking expression of the classic Australian Shiraz.A lovely deep violet hue in the glass catches the eye straight away. On the nose, you’ll find lifted aromas of licorice, black olive, and a hint of allspice – all a true reflection of the vineyard itself rather than the winemaker’s hand. We don't use any new oak with our Shiraz, emphasising purity and regionality. The palate brings robust fruit flavours, perfectly balanced with a medium body and fine-textured tannins. It finishes long and smooth, with fresh natural acidity that rounds off the wine beautifully. - Producers Notes
