What's in the glass: With nice colour concentration, the 2023 Back Beach Syrah is pretty and pure, with white pepper, jasmine and violet on the nose. The palate has charcuterie, clove and dark plum, along with ripe tannins and a long, supple finish. The 2023 Back Beach Syrah will improve with cellaring over the next 5-10 years.
