What's in the glass: Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinted edges and a watery hue. Delightful aromas of white peach, nectarine and dried honey sail through the nostrils followed by hints of biscuity nougat, delicate cashew and gun flint. Medium bodied with ample richness and a glossy texture it nonetheless carries a refined feel. White peach, nectarine and melon fruits are layered across the palate with plenty of freshness. Subtle notions of biscuity oak, nougat and citrusy minerals extend across the back half. Long elegant finish.- Pat Underwood
