What's in the glass: The Slint vineyard lies in the heart of the Piccadilly Valley at an altitude of 550m, grown by Sam Vigara. Planted in the 1980s, this vineyard provides the perfect conditions for growing cool climate chardonnay. The aroma is reminiscent of granny smith apple and brown pear skins, with hints of grapefruit and bee's wax.  A taut and precise palate provides the foundation for nougat and manuka honey. A long and lingering elegant finish.
