The fruit was machine harvested, gently pressed and only the free run component of juice was utilised in this product. The juice was cold settled and racked before inoculation with selected yeast. Once fermented the base wine was racked and sulphured immediately to retain freshness. The wine was then stabilised and filtered prior to bottling.
Abundant fresh fruit of honeydew and a hint of green apple. Slightly more dryer in style but with an abundance of fruit sweetness balanced with gentle acidity makes this prosecco highly drinkable!
