What's in the glass: Négoce. Twenty-twenty two is the second release of Nicole Lamache’s Côtes de Nuits Villages. There is an accompanying white, too, though not for Australia yet! On behalf of the grower, Nicole is keeping the source close to her chest, but we know the vineyard lies on the rocky, limestone slopes south of Premeaux. It’s an appellation made for Lamarche’s delicate and perfumed style; her vivid, juicy 2022 is pure and crunchy with glistening, silky red fruit and peppery spices framed by chalky tannins and compelling length.
