What's in the glass: Light, bright ruby in colour, the Pfeffersburger Schiava shows all the hallmarks of quality and varietal integrity – bright red fruit and delicate lavender and cherry blossom aromas echo loud and clear on the palate. Some red plum and cherry flavours add to the juicy palate and they are beautifully complemented by fresh thyme and the most finely grained and seamlessly integrated tannins.
