What's in the glass: Bright and coastal in style, with lemon peel, green apple and white peach, lifted by floral notes and a distinct saline edge. The palate is crisp and energetic, with citrus, melon and a little lees-derived texture adding shape without taking away from the freshness. Clean, mineral and very refreshing, with the sort of acidity that makes Albariño from Val do Salnés so good with oysters, grilled fish or anything salty.
