What's in the glass: Aromatically it’s full of citrus peel, green pear, crushed white pepper and hints of fennel and fresh herbs. On the palate it’s taut and mineral, with a line of bright acidity running through a core of nashi pear, lime and wet stone. It finishes dry and long, with that lovely signature pepper twist.
