A delicious blend made for your table! Light on its feet with crunchy cherry, fresh raspberry and plum interwoven with delicate sage and rosemary herbaciousness and bright acidity. Combination of destemmed fruit and whole-bunch. Wild ferment in combination of cement and steel, short maturation in old oak and steel on lees. Parcels blended just before bottling.
