What's in the glass: This wine is made from a field blend of Riesling and Gewurztraminer from a high altitude vineyard on Mt Bellevue in the King Valley, North East Victoria. This wine is versatile as an aperitif, a cheese or dessert wine, or anywhere in between, especially with spicy food. It will develop complex aged characteristics but generally is enjoyed young and fresh. An explosive, aromatic wine built for pure smashability.
