What's in the glass: This wine is made with 100% Cinsault from old bush vines planted almost 100 years ago. Unfined, unfiltered, and intentionally hazy in a natural wine style which has been the tradition of Pipeño since the oldest memory of these wines. Pipeño is the greater regional “terroir series,” while Viñateros Bravos is the “soil series,” where the old vines have a greater interaction with each specific mother rock, highlighting the mineral features of the vineyard soils, and the varietal characteristics of the fruit. - Leonardo Erazo, Winemaker.
