What's in the glass: A field blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer from the Merkel Vineyard, 550m above sea level on the outskirts of the Whitlands. Full of tropical notes, intense acid and a tonne of fruit; dried apple, pineapple and even paw paw! Try not to drink it all to yourself.
