A warm growing season led to bountiful yields of Pinot Noir in southern Tasmania for vintage 2019.  Crafted from fruit from the Coal River Valley, this Pinot is full of plum and ripe berry fruits with a palate full of succulent tannin and abundant fruit.  With ten months of maturation in French oak, the wine is ready to drink now or cellar until 2025.
