What's in the glass: 'Our 2025 Chardonnay was sourced entirely from the weathered granite slopes of the Dash Farms vineyard - the same site as our single vineyard offering (to be released later in the year). A slightly longer pressing and ageing in a combination of old French oak and stainless steel has resulted in a beautiful Chardonnay with all the hallmarks of our house style, while also presenting a wonderful drinkability in youth. Aromatically floral and inviting with jasmine blossom, lemon zest and subtle crushed stone, the palate is focused and precise, with lemon and faint green almond flavours, yet offers lovely concentration of flavour and finely mouth coating texture.
