Cool and airy aromas include those of mostly white flowers, pear and just grated lemon. The sleek, delicious and vibrant middle weight flavors possess very good volume, all wrapped in a bone-dry, youthfully austere and bitter zest-inflected finale that is sufficiently prominent that it might be too much for some palates.
