What's in the glass: Straw yellow in colour with a brilliantly clean shine. Typical nuances of white floral notes, little tropical fruit and under ripe pear. On the nose, very soft, volumes of acidity with correctness in balance of fresh ripe white fruits. The finish on the wine is exemplary of Fiano di Puglia; Clean, fresh and long. Drinkability here is very well constructed, allowing the palate to yearn for another sip, yet leaving the mouth clean and fresh, There is definitely a want for more!
