What's in the glass: Dry on the tongue, but it's a very wet wine. A visceral medley of passion, indulgence and spaghetti alle vongole. Nebbiolo and Sangiovese from the Barossa, plus a little Sangiovese from the Hills, gently made under the sultry supervision of Monica Bellucci.
