The palate is bright and lively, driven by crisp acidity and flavours of lemon, grapefruit and orchard fruits, with a delicate saline edge typical of the limestone soils of Chablis. Light-bodied yet precise, it finishes clean and refreshing with a fine mineral tension that makes it an excellent aperitif or partner to oysters, seafood and goat’s cheese.
