What's in the glass: 100% Shiraz - Krondorf Vineyard, Barossa Valley. Organically farmed, single block planted in 2014 to four of our favourite Shiraz clones/blocks. Soil: Sandy loam over heavy red clay over calcare. Handpicked. 100% whole bunch indigenous yeast fermentation for 3 weeks. Basket pressed to French oak Hogsheads, aged for 20 months. No fining or filtration.
